Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after your order has been dispatched. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be extended due to:

•       Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

•       Road closures or transport disruptions.

•       High order volume during peak seasons or sale events.

•       Customs clearance delays (for international shipments).

•       Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed. ThreaddVyne Mart is not responsible for delays caused by external factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package status.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ThreaddVyne Mart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
